1) If You Have Deactivated Plugins Remove Them.

If you have plugins that are not being used i.e. they are deactivated remove them.

 

2) Cleanup Your Database.

Use plugins to cleanup your database up or disable options.

6)CDNs & Accelerators.

Using a Content delivery networks (CDNs) and Web Performance Optimization (WPO) services can speed up your slow WordPress site. Be careful which one you use. A lot of people use CloudFlare because the basic level is free.
